The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Poland, Italy, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Finland, Sweden .
Shipping (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
The shipping costs are 4.99 euros.
From an order value of €50.00 we deliver free of charge within Germany.
Deliveries abroad :
Zone 1: Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Poland, Austria | €14.90
Zone 2: Italy, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain | €16.90
Zone 3: Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal | €19.90
Zone 4: Finland, Sweden | €19.90
When delivering to foreign islands, an island surcharge of € 9.90 will be added to the shipping costs.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
